摘要
目的分析个性化护理在口腔颌面部骨折手术治疗后的应用效果及对感染的预防作用。方法选取2019年11月至2020年12月于我院行口腔颌面部骨折手术的86例患者,随机分为两组。术后,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用个性化护理。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、术后感染发生率及满意度。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为93.02%,高于对照组的67.44%(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可明显降低口腔颌面部骨折手术患者的疼痛程度与术后感染风险,提升患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing after oral and maxillofacial fracture surgery and the preventive effect on infection.Methods 86 patients with oral and maxillofacial fracture surgery in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,incidence of postoperative infection and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 74.42%of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 1 day,3 days and 7 days after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 2.33%,lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.02%,higher than 67.44%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing in patients with oral and maxillofacial fracture surgery can significantly reduce the pain degree and the risk of postoperative infection,and improve the satisfaction degree.
