强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化2,4/2,5-二甲酚烷基化反应研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用烷基化方法,以NKC-9强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,将2,4/2,5-二甲酚分别转化成沸点差异较大的6-叔丁基-2,4-二甲酚和4-叔丁基-2,5-二甲酚,以便可以采用传统的精馏手段对烷基化产物进行分离。实验对离子交换树脂的催化条件、催化效率、选择性、使用寿命以及反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明,NKC-9离子交换树脂对2,4/2,5-二甲酚具有良好的催化活性和选择性,在最佳烷基化反应条件下的转化率达到91.1%,对6-叔丁基-2,4-二甲酚和4-叔丁基-2,5-二甲酚的选择性分别为98.5%和96.8%,而且具有反应条件温和及使用寿命长的特点。动力学研究结果表明,二甲酚浓度和异丁烯的分压对2,4-二甲酚烷基化反应速率的影响要小于2,5-二甲酚,催化剂加量影响相反。温度虽然对反应速率影响不显著,但提高温度更有利于增加2,4-二甲酚的烷基化反应速率。 2,4-xylenol and 2,5-xylenol were converted into 6-tert-butyl-2,4-xylenol and 4-tert-butyl-2,5-xylenol by alkylation with NKC-9 strong acid cation exchange resin as catalyst,so that they could be separated by traditional distillation.The catalytic conditions,catalytic efficiency,selectivity,service life and reaction kinetics of ion exchange resin were studied by experiments.The results show that NKC-9 ion exchange resin has good catalytic activity and selectivity for 2,4/2,5-xylenol.Under the optimal alkylation conditions,the conversion rate of 2,4/2,5-xylenol reaches 91.1%,and the selectivity for 6-tert-butyl-2,4-xylenol and 4-tert-butyl-2,5-xylenol is 98.5%and 96.8%,respectively.Moreover,NKC-9 has mild reaction conditions and long service life.The kinetic experiment results showed that the effects of concentration of xylenol and partial pressure of isobutene on the alkylation rate of 2,4-xylenol was less than that of 2,5-xylenol,and the effect of catalyst dosage on the alkylation rate of 2,4-xylenol was greater than that of 2,5-xylenol.Although the temperature has no significant effect on the reaction rate,increasing the temperature is more conducive to increase the alkylation rate of 2,4-Xylenol.
