摘要
为了提升河流纳污能力,提高流域水资源质量,对河流纳污能力以及水资源的管理保护情况展开研究。在划分河流水环境功能区域和控制单元的基础上,构建河流纳污能力的计算模型,将河流的实时数据导入到计算模型中,从而得到河流纳污能力的量化分析结果。基于此,提出水功能区水质达标评估管理、控制河流污染物总量、完善流域水资源管理的法律制度、水生态系统保护与修复等水资源的管理与保护措施,应用上述措施后,有效削减了河流的COD和氨氮污染。
This paper studied the river pollutant carrying capacity and water resource management and protection in order to improve river pollutant carrying capacity and water resource quality.Based on the division of river water environment function area and control unit,the calculation model of river pollutant carrying capacity is constructed.The real-time data of river is imported into the calculation model,so as to obtain the quantitative analysis results of river pollutant carrying capacity.Based on this,the paper puts forward some water resource management and protection measures,such as water quality standard assessment management in water function areas,total pollutant control in rivers,legal system for improving water resource management in basins,protection and restoration of water ecosystem,etc.After applying the above measures,the COD and ammonia nitrogen pollution in rivers are effectively reduced.
