摘要
在钢铁行业连铸机生产线上,切割完成的钢坯都需要进行打号,通常采用人工打号或自动打号的方法,缺点是号容易掉落或错号、重号,无法适应钢铁产品储存运输和追溯的要求。本文提出的智能钢坯识别的打号方法是通过对钢坯自动在线称量等的检测方法,准确快速地获得每支钢坯的到位信号,从而对每支钢坯进行自动打号,避免打空号或是重号的现象。同时,实现钢坯管理的自动化、智能化,以提高炼钢厂准确打号和计量的目标。
In the continuous casting production line of iron&steel industry,the slabs cut usually need to be numbered manually or automatically,but their disadvantage is that the number is easy to fall,wrong or duplicate,which can not meet the requirements of storage,transportation and traceability of iron&steel products.In this paper,the intelligent slab identification marking method was proposed,which can accurately and quickly obtain the arrival signal of each slab through the detection method of automatic online weighing of slabs,so as to automatically mark each slab and avoid the phenomenon of blank or duplicate number.At the same time,the automation and intellectualization of slab management is realized,so as to improve the targets of accurate marking and measurement.
