缓倾斜矿体下盘回采新型工艺研究与应用 被引量:2

Research and Application of New Footwall Mining Technology of Gently Inclined Orebody

摘要 在金属矿山地下开采过程中,无底柱分段崩落法回采缓倾斜矿体时,矿体下盘会产生大量损失与贫化,增加开采难度的同时也浪费了矿产资源,降低了企业的经济效益。为解决这一问题,以某矿山为例,提出一种无底柱分段崩落法开采缓倾斜矿体时,提高矿体下盘回采率的新型工艺。现场应用结果表明,该新型工艺较原采矿方法在矿块贫化率基本保持不变的情况下,增加少量工程,矿块回采率提高了6.24个百分点,降低了矿体下盘回采的难度,矿山经济效益提高了2.95个百分点。 In the process of underground mining in metal mines, using sublevel caving method without sill pillar to recover gently inclined orebody will cause a large amount of ore loss and dilution in the orebody footwall, which increases the difficulty of mining, wastes mineral resources and reduces the economic benefit of enterprises. In order to solve the above problems, taking a mine as an example, a new mining technology by sublevel caving method without sill pillar to improve the recovery rate of the orebody footwall was proposed. Field application results show that compared with the original mining method, this new technology adds a small amount of engineering under basically unchanged ore dilution rate, and the ore recovery rate is increased by 6.24 percentage points, which reduces the difficulty of ore body footwall recovery. The economic efficiency of the mine is increased by 2.95 percentage points.
