摘要
针对数控火焰切割机在实际生产中经常出现的钢板零件的切割面质量缺陷、扭曲与弯曲严重、长度尺寸超差等质量问题,通过分析一系列的原因,提出提高切割钢板零件的质量从割嘴、切割编程的程序、切割工艺、钢板本身质量四方面抓起,以全方位控制切割钢板零件的质量,保证整机的制造精度。
In the actual production of CNC flame cutting machine,there are often quality problems of steel plate parts,such as cutting surface quality defects,serious distortion and bending,length and size out of tolerance.Therefore,through analyzing a series of reasons,this paper proposes to improve the quality of steel plate parts from four aspects:cutting nozzle,cutting programming program,cutting process and steel plate quality,so as to control the quality of cutting steel plate parts in an all-round way and ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the whole machine.
