综合机械化开采装载机的改进设计

摘要 为提升装载机在综采工作面运行的安全性和中转效率,降低设备功率损耗,在研究装载机基本结构和关键参数的基础上,采用迈步自移装置对装载机的传统移动方式进行改进,设计一款短的支撑板形成组合链对刮板链进行改进,并对最终的改进效果进行验证,并取得理想效果。 In order to improve the safety and transfer efficiency of the loader in the fully mechanized working face and reduce the power loss of the equipment,based on the study of the basic structure and key parameters of the loader,the traditional moving mode of the loader is improved by using the step self moving device,and a short support plate is designed to form a combined chain to improve the scraper chain and scraper chain,And the final improvement effect is verified,and the ideal effect is achieved.
