摘要
铁法煤业集团铁强环保公司大平砖厂自2010年建厂以来一直采用人工码坯方式,生产效率低、劳动强度大,因此,该厂对切码运系统进行具体改造,包括窑车加长改造、静停线改造、卸车线延长改造。实践表明,总投资460.6万元,改造后年增加产量约1 000万块这标砖,增加产值约200万元,年可节约材料费及人工费约52万元,生产效率和产量明显提高。
Daping Brick Factory of Tieqiang Environmental Protection Company of Tiefa Coal Industry Group has been using manual billet method since its establishment in 2010. The production efficiency is low and the labor intensity is large. Therefore, in order to improve the production efficiency, the factory has carried on the concrete transformation to the cutting code transportation system, including the kiln car lengthening transformation, the static stop line transformation, the unloading line extension transformation. The practical application shows that the total investment is4.606 million yuan, and the annual output after transformation is increased by about ten million The output value is about 2 million yuan, the annual material cost and labor cost can be saved about 520,000 yuan, and the production efficiency and output are obviously improved.
