摘要
通过构建城乡创新发展平台,促进产业升级,为绿色发展提供技术支持,激发开放发展的合作诉求,实现共享发展在城乡的扩散与溢出,科技创新在城乡产业效应、环境效应、社会效应三个维度上发挥着关键性的基础作用。因此,在面对城乡高质量融合发展的挑战时,要通过不断加强农业科技支撑,推动城乡三产协调发展,做好科技人才队伍建设、科技文化普及工作,推动城乡绿色融合发展及提高城乡治理的“智治”水平,从而提升乡村自主创新发展能力,弥补城乡发展差距,实现城乡融合高质量发展。
Through the construction of urban and rural innovation and development platform,scientific and technological innovation promotes industrial upgrading,provides technical support for green development,stimulates the cooperative appeal of open development,realizes the diffusion and spillover of shared development in urban and rural areas,and plays a key basic role in the three dimensions of urban and rural industrial effect,environmental effect and social effect.Therefore,in the face of the challenge of high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural three industries,do a good job in the construction of scientific and technological talent team and the popularization of science and technology culture,promote the green integrated development of urban and rural areas and improve the"intelligent governance"level of urban and rural governance,so as to enhance the ability of rural independent innovation and development and make up for the gap between urban and rural development,To achieve the integration of urban and rural areas and high-quality development.
