摘要
为解决对旋风机两级电机功率不匹配以及效率低的问题,在研究对旋风机基本结构的基础上,分别通过试验和数值模拟两种方法对风机的性能的影响因素和机理进行研究,通过数值模拟方法对不同叶片安装角度和流量对电机功率平衡的影响机理,为后续改进对旋风机的性能,提升其效率提供理论基础。
In order to solve the problems of power mismatch and low efficiency of rotary fan,on the basis of studying the basic structure of rotary fan,The influence factors and mechanism of fan performance are studied by test and numerical simulation,and the influence mechanism of different blade installation angle and flow rate on motor power balance is simulated.The influence mechanism of different blade installation angle and flow rate on motor power balance by numerical simulation method provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the performance of rotary fan and improvement of its efficiency.
