摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环在延边地区安全用药科普宣教实践中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月-11月药师开展安全用药科普宣教的情况,找出工作中存在问题,按照计划-实施-检查-应用(PDCA)循环干预,评价干预1年后的整改效果。结果:经过1年的持续改进,科普工作的满意度从57.1%提高到85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对安全用药的知晓率从54.2%提高到85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA模型应用于社区、村镇、学校的安全用药科普宣教实践,可操作性强,有助于提升宣教效果。结论:PDCA循环适用于安全用药科普宣教实践,通过宣教,公众在安全用药上有了一定的认识,但仍存在不足,建议系统、长期、持之以恒地开展安全用药科普宣教活动。
Objective:To discuss the application effect of PDCA cycle in the popularization and education of safe medication in Yanbian area.Methods:The situation of popular science education on safe drug use carried out by pharmacists from March to November 2017 was retrospectively analyzed to find out the problems in the work.According to the plan-implementation-inspection-application of(PDCA)cycle intervention,the effect of rectification and reform after one year of intervention was evaluated.Results:After 1 year of continuous improvement,the satisfaction of popular science work increased from 57.1%to 85%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The awareness rate of safe medication increased from 54.2%to 85%,and the difference was statistically significant Scientific significance(P<0.05).The PDCA model is applied to the popular science education practice of safe drug use in communities,villages,towns and schools,which has strong maneuverability and helps to improve the effect of propaganda and education.Conclusion:The PDCA cycle is suitable for the popularization and education of safe medication.Through publicity and education,the public has a certain understanding of safe medication.However,there are still deficiencies.It is recommended to systematically,long-term and persistently carry out popularization and education activities of safe medication.
