摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理干预方案应用于小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿中的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2020年1月收治肺炎支原体感染患儿72例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规护理;观察组给予个性化护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从性高于对照组,症状缓解时间和住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将个性化护理干预方案应用于肺炎支原体感染患儿的治疗中,在保证治疗效果的同时,可缩短患儿康复进程。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention in the nursing of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:From May 2018 to January 2020,72 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given individualized nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was compared between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment compliance of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of symptom relief and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nursing intervention program to the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can shorten the recovery process of children while ensuring the therapeutic effect.
