摘要
目的:分析加速康复外科理念(FTS)用于心脏外科患者围手术期护理的价值。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治心脏外科手术患者89例,抽签法分为两组。A组给予FTS围术期护理;B组给予常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:A组各时间点的心率及收缩压水平均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组苏醒时间、拔管时间、血浆使用量、可进食固体食物时间、下床时间和住院时间均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后1~2周的疼痛评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏外科执行手术治疗全程加用FTS护理,能够维持患者体征稳定,且能促进术后康复,痛感轻微。
Objective:To explore the application value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(FTS)in perioperative nursing of cardiac surgery.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,89 patients undergoing cardiac surgery were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots.Group A was given FTS perioperative nursing;Group B was given routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In group A,heart rate and systolic blood pressure at each time point were lower than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the recovery time,extubation time,plasma consumption,solid food intake time,out of bed time and hospital stay were lower than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the pain score of 1 to 2 weeks after operation was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FTS nursing in the whole process of cardiac surgery can maintain the stability of patients’physical signs,promote postoperative recovery,and it has slight pain.
