摘要
目的:探究袋鼠式护理(KMC)对早产低体重儿(PLBW)生命体征及全天奶摄入量、体重的影响。方法:2017年10月-2019年10月收治PLBW 50例,随机分为两组,各25例。两组均给予常规喂养及必要的药物治疗和静脉营养等西医基础支持治疗;观察组同时给予KMC;对照组给予传统保温箱护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后2周呼吸及心率水平低于对照组,血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后1周及护理后2周全天奶摄入量及体重水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后体温波动差值、皮肤硬肿率及皮肤破溃率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:KMC可明显增加PLBW全天奶摄入量及体重水平,使小儿生命体征平稳,降低皮肤硬肿及皮肤破溃发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo mother care(KMC)on vital signs,whole day milk intake and body weight of premature low birth weight infants.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,50 cases of PLBW infants were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine feeding,necessary drugs,intravenous nutrition and other basic Western medicine support treatment.The observation group also received kangaroo mother care.The control group was given traditional incubator care.The nursing care efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The breathing and heart rate levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing care,the SpO_(2) level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of the nursing care,the daily milk intake and body weight of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature fluctuation level,skin hard swelling rate and skin ulceration rate after nursing care in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:KMC can significantly increase the milk intake and body weight of PLBW infants,stabilize vital signs,and reduce the incidence of skin hard swelling and skin ulceration.
