无托槽隐形矫治器对安氏Ⅰ类错[牙合]患者术后CBCT下切牙牙根吸收情况的影响

摘要 目的:探究无托槽隐形矫治器对安氏Ⅰ类错[牙合]患者术后椎体束CT(CBCT)下切牙牙根吸收情况的影响。方法:2015年4月-2019年4月收治安氏Ⅰ类错[牙合]患者77例,依据治疗方式不同分为两组。观察组使用无托槽隐形矫治器;对照组使用直丝弓矫治器。比较两组治疗完成后经CBCT判断下切牙牙根吸收情况。结果:观察组牙根吸收发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙根吸收严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);牙根长度未减少的牙,可能存在局部牙根吸收,CBCT结果显示,两组舌-腭侧吸收的发生率最高,且两组各部位局部牙根吸收发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治器可明显降低安氏Ⅰ类错[牙合]患者术后下切牙牙根吸收发生率,改善牙根吸收严重程度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of invisible appliance without bracket on the absorption of lower incisor teeth after CBCT in patients with type I of malocclusion.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2019,77 cases of patients with type I of malocclusion were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group used invisible appliance without bracket.The control group used straight wire appliance.The root absorption of lower incisor teeth judged by CBCT between two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of root resorption in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The severity of root resorption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).If the root length was not reduced,there might be local root resorption,CBCT results showed that the incidence of lateral tongue-palate absorption was the highest in both groups,and the incidence of local root resorption was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Invisible appliance without brackets can significantly reduce the incidence of root resorption of lower incisors teeth in patients with type I of malocclusion(occlusion),and improve the severity of root resorption.
