摘要
目的探讨远红外线照射联合心理干预对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的关节功能、心理状态和炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年6月~2020年6月期间收治的103例RA患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗,对照组51例患者给予心理干预,观察组52例患者在对照组基础上联合远红外线照射。观察比较两组患者的关节症状改善情况,负性情绪,炎症指标水平变化及不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者的关节疼痛、肿胀消失时间以及关节活动恢复正常时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的血清类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远红外线照射联合心理干预可改善RA患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,缓解关节肿痛,改善关节活动度,降低患者血清炎性因子水平,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect far infrared irradiation combined with psychological intervention on joint function,psychological status and inflammatory factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 103 RA patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs,the control group(51 patients)were given psychological intervention,and the observation group(52 patients)were given far infrared radiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of joint symptoms,negative emotions,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the time for joint pain,swelling disappearing and joint activity returning to normal in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Hamilton anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),anti-cyclic citrullinate peptide(CCP)antibody and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Far infrared irradiation combined with psychological intervention can improve anxiety and depression in RA patients,relieve joint swelling and pain,improve joint range of motion,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
