摘要
本文论述运用现代化信息技术,以"一云六屏一播"为体系架构,建立了网上网下同步、线上线下互动、传统与新兴媒体融合的新时代文明实践智慧云平台。通过建设新时代文明实践云基础设施,建成了包括多屏融合流媒体管理系统和多屏融合发布管理系统在内的统一通用系统,以及包含内部管理系统、供需对接系统和宣传展示系统的新时代文明实践业务系统,可支持新时代文明实践智慧云平台业务快速复制推广,减少系统建设和业务运营的成本,实现一个平台全省通用。
This paper uses modern information technology and "one cloud, six screens, one broadcast" as system architecture to establish a smart cloud platform for civilization practice in the new era with online and offline synchronization, online and offline interaction, and traditional and emerging media convergence. Through the construction of cloud infrastructure for civilized practice in the new era, a unified general system has been built including multi-screen integrated streaming media management system and multi-screen integrated release management system, and a new era civilized practice business system has been built including internal management system, supply and demand docking system, and publicity display system. It can support rapid replication and promotion of civilized practice smart cloud platform business in the new era, reduce the cost of system construction and business operation, and realize a platform that is universal across the province.
