摘要
牙克石行政区域内拥有森林、草原、湿地3大自然生态系统,特殊的生态环境使草原上生物种极为丰富。目前牙克石市草原的突出问题是草原畜牧业发展与草原生产能力不协调,随着草原生态面积的逐年退化,严重影响草原畜牧业的可持续发展。要维护、巩固牙克石市重要生态地位,建设中国北方生态安全屏障,建设牙克石市生态文明,解决好草原畜牧业发展与草原生产能力不协调的突出问题,并大力推广休牧、禁牧生态补助奖励等有效措施,从根本上扭转草原生态退化的局面,实现草畜平衡,促进草原畜牧业全面协调可持续发展具有深远的意义。
Yakeshi administrative region has forests,grasslands,wetlands,three natural ecosystems,the special ecological environment of the grassland is extremely rich in species.At present,the serious problem of Yakeshi grassland is that the development of grassland animal husbandry is not in harmony with the production capacity of grassland.To maintain and consolidate Yakeshi's important ecological status,build an ecological security barrier in northern China,build an ecological civilization in Yakeshi,and solve the outstanding problem of the uncoordinated development of grassland animal husbandry and grassland production capacity,therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to promote the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry in an all-round way by promoting the effective measures such as rest grazing,grazing prohibition,ecological subsidy and reward,and so on.
