摘要
针对现有铁路车辆轴温探测系统(THDS)存在温度检测盲区、实时性差、故障点指示效率低等不足,设计了一款铁路车辆无线轴温报警仪。该设备以STM32F103C8型单片机为控制核心,采用NE555定时器设计了发光闪烁报警电路;采用RF24L01模块实现轴温历史数据无线查看功能;采用K型热电偶加MAX6675、LM75A芯片实现轴承温度与环境温度的检测。为保障轴承温度检测的准确性,以铂电阻温度计为标准,采用最小二乘法对K型热电偶温度计算函数进行了曲线拟合。实验结果证明,该设备可以满足铁路车辆轴温检测的要求。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing THDS,such as blind area,poor real-time performance and low efficiency of fault point indication,a wireless axle temperature alarm instrument for railway vehicles is designed.The device takes STM32F103C8 as the control core,and designs the light flashing alarm circuit by using NE555 timer;Rf24101 module is used to realize wireless view function of axial temperature history data;K thermocouple and MAX6675 and LM75A chips are used to detect the bearing temperature and the ambient temperature.In order to ensure the accuracy of bearing temperature detection,the temperature calculation function of K-thermocouple is fitted by using least square method based on platinum resistance thermometer.The experimental results show that the equipment can meet the requirements of railway vehicle axle temperature detection.
