摘要 某镀锡板表面出现点状缺陷,采用宏观分析、微观分析、盐雾加速腐蚀分析、孔隙率分析等方法,对镀锡板表面点状缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:淬水槽中的锡污泥、空气尘埃及助熔剂中有机物的残留附着于镀锡板带钢表面,在过度沸腾的作用下嵌入镀层,吸收水分发生氧化后,最终生成镀锡板表面的点状缺陷。 Spot defects appeared on the surface of a tinplate. The causes of spot defects were analyzed by macro analysis, micro analysis, salt spray accelerated corrosion analysis and porosity analysis. The results show that the tin sludge, air dust and organic matter residues in additive in flux in quenching tank adhered to the surface of the tinplate. The above substances were embedded in the coating under the effect of transitional boiling, absorbed water and oxidized, resulted in the formation of the spot defects on the surface of tinplate.
