工程机械内燃机减噪降温设计研究

摘要 内燃机作为工程机械的主要动力源,在正常运行中往往会出现过热、振动等现象,使得内燃机运行效果下降的同时,也对内燃机的使用寿命产生了负面影响。因此,在工程机械内燃机设计制造中,应对过热和振动问题引起重视,采取合理的减噪降温设计措施,为内燃机的高效、稳定运行提供支持。本文在分析工程机械内燃机发热和振动噪音问题研究发展现状的基础上,就如何进行工程机械内燃机减噪降温进行了设计技术措施的研究,旨在优化内燃机运行效果,保障工程机械安全、高效运行。 Internal combustion engine as the main power source of construction machinery,in the normal operation of the internal combustion engine often appear overheating,vibration and other phenomena,making the operating effect of internal combustion engine decreased,but also has a negative impact on the service life of internal combustion engine.Therefore,in the design and manufacture of internal combustion engines of construction machinery,attention should be paid to overheating and vibration problems,and reasonable measures of noise reduction and cooling should be taken to provide support for efficient and stable operation of internal combustion engines.Based on the analysis of the research and development status of the heating and vibration noise problems of the internal combustion engine of construction machinery,this paper studies the design and technical measures on how to reduce the noise and cool the internal combustion engine of construction machinery,in order to optimize the operation effect of the internal combustion engine and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the construction machinery.
