摘要
以帕萨特1.8T电控发动机为实验对象,运用PICO示波器和PicoScope6软件对发动机传感器、执行器信号波形进行研究,并给出了相应部件的测试方法和波形获取方法。将水温传感器、点火系统以及排气压力的正常波形与故障波形进行了对比分析,讨论了三种故障波形的特点和判定方法,实验结果显现出利用PICO示波器波形分析进行发动机故障诊断的准确性和高效性。
Taking Passat 1.8T gasoline engine as the experimental object,the signal waveform of engine sensor and actuator is studied by using PICO oscilloscope and PICOSCope6 software,and the test method and waveform acquisition method of corresponding components are given.The normal and fault waveforms of water temperature sensor,ignition system and exhaust pressure are compared and analyzed,and the characteristics and determination methods of the three fault waveforms are discussed.The experimental results show the accuracy and high efficiency of engine fault diagnosis using PICO oscilloscope waveform analysis.
