摘要
高校思想政治教育中“心理疏导”模式的建构,既是对心理咨询理论与方法的借鉴和运用,更是对其的超越和发展。高校心理疏导模式的建立,其核心应是借助心理疏导的理念,加强思想政治教育的人文关怀,使其能够适应新时代大学生的心理发展特点及规律,满足新时代大学生的心理发展需求。将高校思想政治教育的政治功能与育人功能、社会价值与个体价值、共性培养与个性培养等融为一体,并进一步借助心理疏导的方法,优化思政教育方法,创新教育方式;将外在教化与内在疏导结合起来,将说理教育与心理调节结合起来,以此丰富高校思想政治教育的理论,提升思想政治教育的现实效果。
The construction of psychological counseling model of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only the reference and application of the theory and method of psychological counseling,but also the transcendence and development of the theory and method of psychological counseling.The core of the establishment of psychological counseling mode in colleges and universities is to strengthen the humanistic care of ideological and political education with the help of the concept of psychological counseling,so that it can adapt to the psychological development characteristics of college students in the new era,conform to the psychological development law of college students in the new era,meet the psychological development needs of college students in the new era,and integrate the political function of ideological and political education with the educational function and social function value and individual value,common cultivation and personality cultivation are integrated.And further with the help of psychological counseling methods,optimize the ideological and political education methods of college students in the new era,innovate the educational methods of ideological and political education of college students in the new era,combine external education with internal counseling,and combine reasoning education with psychological adjustment.In order to enrich the theoretical construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,improve the practical effect of ideological and political education.
