摘要
目的研究引导式护理模式指导下胃癌术后患者家庭营养支持管理微信小程序的开发与应用效果。方法将2017年2月至2019年2月中山大学附属第八医院接受胃癌根治术治疗的患者83例纳入研究。将其按照随机信封法分作试验组41例和对照组42例。对照组开展常规术后干预,试验组则开展引导式护理模式指导下家庭营养支持管理微信小程序干预。分析两组营养不良情况,干预前后营养指标水平,干预前后生活质量变化情况,满意度等方面的差异。结果试验组患者无营养不良例数占比高于对照组,而重度营养不良例数占比低于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后试验组患者BMI、上臂围高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预后试验组患者各项EORTC QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论引导式护理模式指导下胃癌术后患者家庭营养支持管理微信小程序的应用效果显著,有利于改善患者营养状况、满意度以及生活质量。
Objective To study the development and application effect of WeChat mini-program for family nutritional support management of gastric cancer patients by guided nursing mode.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,83 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy were selected and divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group(42 cases)by the method of random envelope.Routine postoperative intervention was carried out in the control group.While WeChat mini-program intervention was applied in the family nutrition support management under the guidance of guided nursing mode in the experimental group.The differences of malnutrition status,nutritional index level,quality of life change and satisfaction before and after intervention were compared.Results The proportion of patients without malnutrition in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.While the proportion of patients with severe malnutrition was lower than control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,BMI and upper arm circumference in the experimental group were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in the experimental group were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat mini-program of family nutrition support management for patients with gastric cancer after operation under the guidance of guided nursing mode has a significant effect,which is beneficial to improve the nutritional status,satisfaction degree and quality of life of patients.
