摘要
目的分析比较多次根管治疗与一次性根管治疗对牙体牙髓病患者的有效性。方法148例牙体牙髓病患者,根据治疗方法不同分为多次治疗组和一次治疗组,每组74例。多次治疗组患者采用多次根管治疗,一次治疗组患者采用一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及牙齿状况(牙龈指数、出血指数、咬合力)。结果治疗后1个月,一次治疗组患者牙龈指数(0.25±0.03)、出血指数(0.21±0.11)低于多次治疗组的(0.74±0.23)、(0.68±0.47),咬合力(138.42±17.41)lbs明显高于多次治疗组的(110.42±16.74)lbs,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一次治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于多次治疗组的79.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病能够有效提高患者的治疗有效性,效果显著且预后情况较好,与多次根管治疗相比具有更加明显的优势,推荐在口腔科中广泛应用。
Objective To analyze and compare the effectiveness of multiple root canal treatments and one-time root canal treatments in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 148 patients with dental pulp disease were divided into multiple treatment group and one-time treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 74 cases in each group.Multiple treatment group received multiple root canal treatments,and one-time treatment group received one-time root canal treatments.The therapeutic effect and teeth situation(gingival index,bleeding index,bite force)were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after treatment,the gingival index(0.25±0.03)and bleeding index(0.21±0.11)of one-time treatment group were lower than(0.74±0.23)and(0.68±0.47)of multiple treatment group,and bite force(138.42±17.41)lbs was obviously higher than(110.42±16.74)lbs of multiple treatment group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of one-time treatment group was 94.59%,which was higher than 79.73%of multiple treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal treatments can effectively improve the therapeutic effectiveness of patients with dental pulp disease,with significant effects and good prognosis.Compared with multiple root canal treatments,it has more obvious advantages.It is recommended to be widely used in dentistry.
