摘要
文旅融合已成为旅游演艺业发展的新态势,虽带来了无限机遇,但也面临着诸多挑战。本文结合国内外旅游演艺的相关理论,从管理学、旅游学和心理学等视角,分析目前江西旅游演艺的发展面临的旅游演艺产品高风险高投资、缺乏创新动力、专业人才匮乏等问题,并就此提出以政府为主导,加强行业监管;以市场化为导向,打造品牌演艺产品;以新媒体技术为手段,创新营销策略;以资源整合为突破口,强化专业人才培养等对策性建议,以供参考。
The integration of culture and tourism has become a new trend in the development of the tourism performing arts industry.Although it has brought unlimited opportunities,it also faces many challenges.This article combines the related theories of tourism performing arts at home and abroad,from the perspectives of management,tourism and psychology,analyzes the current problems in the development of tourism performing arts in Jiangxi,such as high risk and high investment of tourism performance products,lack of innovation power,lack of professional talents,etc.This article puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen industry supervision by the government;market-oriented to create well-known products;use new media technology as a means to innovate marketing strategies;use resource integration as a breakthrough to strengthen professional talent training,etc.
