随着信息技术的普及,消费者选材习惯逐步从市场就地取材转移到网络下单、送货上门,增加了消费者的选择与满意承受度。生鲜冷链物流技术服务于冷链产品运输企业,为生鲜产品的运输和保质提供了保障。随着网络零售日益发展,生鲜行业已成为新风口,并进入多种商业模式共存的局面。本文对钱大妈运营模式进行深入探究,阐述了该品牌推广策略的重要价值,探索分析其过程存在的不足,为此提出相应优化对策,希望能为同行业的发展提供一些参考,并为整个生鲜行业的发展注入活力。
With the spread of information technology,consumers have gradually shifted their habits of material selection from local materials in the market to online orders and door-to-door delivery,which has increased consumers'choice and satisfaction tolerance.Fresh cold chain logistics technology serves cold chain product transportation companies,and provides guarantee for the transportation and quality of fresh products.With the increasing development of online retail,the fresh food industry has become a new outlet and has entered a situation where multiple business models coexist.This article conducts an in-depth exploration of Aunt Qian's operating model,expounds the important value of the brand promotion strategy,explores and analyzes its shortcomings,and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures for this.This article hopes to provide some references for the development of the same industry and inject vitality into the development of the entire fresh food industry.
