摘要
目的探讨产科快速反应团队在子痫前期患者救治中的应用效果。方法2018年1月—2020年12月针对子痫前期患者救治过程中存在的问题成立产科快速反应团队,并制定预警标准及持续质量改进措施,比较实施前(2018年1月—2019年6月)、实施后(2019年7月—至2020年12月)子痫前期患者救治效果及患者满意率。结果实施后患者急救预警时间、辅助检查时间及急诊处置时间均短于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后患者剖宫产率、产妇胎盘早剥、产妇大出血、新生儿宫内窘迫发生率低于实施前(P<0.05),而产妇满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论产科快速反应团队工作模式能有效缩短子痫前期患者处理时间,提高患者救治成功率,改善母婴妊娠结局,提高产妇治疗满意率。
Objective To explore the role of the obstetric rapid response team in the treatment of patients with preeclampsia.Methods The obstetric rapid response team was established to solve problems in the treatment of patients with preeclampsia from January 2018 to December 2020,and early warning standards and continuous quality improvement measures were developed.The efficacy and patient satisfaction rate were compared before implementation(January 2018 to June 2019)and after implementation(July 2019 to December 2020).Results The emergency response time,auxiliary examination time and emergency treatment time after implementation were significantly shorter than before implementation(P<0.05).The incidences of cesarean section rate,maternal placental abruption,maternal hemorrhage,neonatal intrauterine distress after implementation were lower than before implementation(P<0.05),and the success rate of maternal treatment and satisfaction rate after implementation ware significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The obstetric rapid response team can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients with preeclampsia,raise the success rate,enhance the maternal and fetal pregnancy outcomes,and improve the satisfaction rate of maternal treatment.
