摘要
疾病诊断相关分类组(Diagnosis related groups,DRG)支付在国外得到广泛应用和发展,国内DRG支付应用正处于起步阶段,目前已在试点基础上推出了落地方案。实施DRG支付对医院管理及医药相关产业的影响巨大。文章通过对国际上DRG设计与运用的发展演变进行梳理,回顾、跟踪各典型应用国家的DRG支付方式在改革完善中的体系特点、情境条件及调试原则,尝试回答我国实行DRG现阶段需面对的DRG定位、首要功能、基础条件、具体工具选择等现存问题,并基于以上问题提出优化策略。
Diagnoses Related Groups(DRG)payments have been widely used and developed abroad,while the application of DRG payment in China is at its primary stage and it has launched a landing scheme on the basis of pilot projects.The implementation of DRG payments has a great impact on hospital management and medicine-related industries.By combing the development and evolution of DRG design and application worldwide,this paper summarized the application conditions,situations and debugging principles of DRG payment methods of major countries during the process,trying to address the questions in DRG′s positioning,primary function,basic conditions and specific tool selection at the present stage of DRG implementation in China so as to put forward update strategies.
