摘要
如何协同中医药与管理制度的发展,这一问题的研究对于中医院提升管理实力具有现实意义。尽管中医药的发展与创新受到了党和政府的重视,现代中医药发展现状却不容乐观,中医药市场管理欠严谨、规范,产业行业标准欠完善,综合医院中医药所占份额普遍偏低,同时,传统中医药的现代管理体系尚不健全带来的问题也不断暴露,中医药卫生体制改革势在必行。中医院应积极反思现代医院管理存在的问题,重视医院管理的制度改革以促进中医药与管理制度的协同发展。
Research on how to coordinate the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the management system is of practical significance to improving the management strength of general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.Although the development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine has received the attention of the party and the government,the development status of modern traditional Chinese medicine is not optimistic.The management of the TCM market is not rigorous and standardized,the industry standards are not perfect,and the share of TCM in general hospitals is generally low.At the same time,the problems caused by the incomplete modern management system of traditional Chinese medicine are also constantly exposed,so it is imperative to reform the Chinese medicine health system.The General Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine should actively reflect on the problems existing in the management of modern hospitals and promote the coordinated development of traditional Chinese medicine and management systems by attaching importance to the reform of the management system of hospitals.
