摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟疝手术护理中的效果。方法方便选取2019年2月—2020年2月该院收治的90例小儿腹股沟疝患儿随机分为两组,每组45例,CNP组采取CNP护理干预模式,对照组采取传统的手术护理模式,统计对比两组患儿康复进展(术后进食时间、下床活动时间、出院时间)、经济指标(住院费用)、并发症、舒适度[采用Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评价]、护理满意度评分。结果CNP组患儿术后进食时间(3.4±1.0)h、下床活动时间(3.8±1.1)h、住院时间(2.5±0.8)d明显短于对照组(7.5±2.2)h、(6.9±1.8)h、(3.6±1.0)d],对比差异有统计学意义(t=11.381、9.858、5.762,P<0.05);住院费用(15.2±3.0)千元明显低于对照组(18.5±4.2)千元,对比差异有统计学意义(t=4.289,P<0.05);GCQ量表评分、护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率为8.89%低于对照组的28.89%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.874,P<0.05)。结论将CNP应用于腹腔镜小儿腹股沟疝手术护理有利于促进患儿恢复,降低并发症发生率,减少住院费用,提升患儿与家属的舒适度和对护理工作的认可度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in the nursing of children with laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery.Methods conveniently selection 90 children with inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The CNP group adopted the CNP nursing intervention model,and the control group adopted the traditional surgical nursing model.Statistically compared the rehabilitation progress of the two groups of children(postoperative eating time,time to get out of bed,discharge time),economic indicators(hospital expenses),complications,comfort[evaluated by Kolcaba Comfort Status Scale(GCQ)],and nursing satisfaction degree score.Results The postoperative eating time(3.4±1.0)h,the time of getting out of bed(3.8±1.1)h,and the hospitalization time(2.5±0.8)d of the CNP group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(7.5±2.2)h,(6.9±1.8)h,(3.6±1.0)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.381,9.858,5.762,P<0.05);hospitalization expenses(15.2±3.0)thousand Yuan was significantly lower than the control group(18.5±4.2)thousand Yuan,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.289,P<0.05);the GCQ scale score and nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate was 8.89%lower than that of the control group 28.89%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.874,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CNP in the nursing of laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery in children is beneficial to promote the recovery of children,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce hospitalization costs,and improve the comfort of children and their families and the recognition of nursing work.
