摘要
目前,髋臼负重区骨转移瘤接受骨水泥注射成形术的患者逐年增多,患者对治疗效果的关注点不仅在疼痛是否明显缓解及髋关节功能是否恢复,而且要求尽量避免手术相关并发症的发生,以免延误后续的肿瘤综合治疗。本研究通过分析总结我科改良的髋臼负重区转移瘤骨水泥成形手术方法,探讨骨水泥注射过程中改良透视投射角度的应用优势。
At present,the number of patients receiving bone cementoplasty for bone metastases in the acetabular weight-bearing area is increasing year by year.Patients focus on the treatment effect not only on whether the pain is significantly relieved and whether the hip function is restored,but also on avoiding the occurrence of operation-related complications as far as possible,so as not to delay the subsequent comprehensive treatment of tumor.This study discusses the application advantages of fluoroscopic projection angle modification in the process of bone cementoplasty by analyzing and summarizing the improved method of bone cementoplasty for metastatic tumor in the acetabular weight-bearing area.
