摘要
双柱[5]芳烃是超分子和大环化学中一类重要的化合物。迄今为止,大多数双柱[5]芳烃由两个柱[5]芳烃通过单个连接体连接而成。刚性连接体使两个空腔之间具有协同作用,从而赋予了双柱[5]芳烃更强的主-客体相互作用,而具有柔性连接体的双柱[5]芳烃能够同时结合两个客体分子,以此构筑功能性超分子聚合物。连接体的引入,大大扩展了分子设计的空间,使得双柱[5]芳烃具有多种功能和应用。本文综述了双柱[5]芳烃的研究进展,重点介绍了具有不同类型连接体的双柱[5]芳烃的性质和应用,以及机械互锁的双柱[5]芳烃,最后,对双柱[5]芳烃的发展趋势进行了展望。
Bis-pillar[5]arenes are an important class of pillar[5]arene-based compounds in supramolecular and macrocyclic chemistry.Most bis-pillar[5]arenes designed and synthesized to date consist of two pillar[5]arene macrocycles connect by a single linker.Whereas rigid linkers might endow the resulted bis-pillar[5]arenes stronger host-guest interactions on account of the synergistic effect between the two cavities,bis-pillar[5]arenes with soft and flexible linkers are capable of binding two guest molecules simultaneously,enabling the construction of functional supramolecular polymers.The incorporation of linkers greatly expands the molecular design space and brings in a variety of functions into bis-pillar[5]arenes for assorted technological applications.Herein,research progress on bis-pillar[5]arene is summarized.Bis-pillar[5]arenes with different types of linkers are highlighted with their properties and applications.Mechanically interlocked bis-pillar[5]arenes are also described.In the end,potential future prospects of bis-pillar[5]arene-related research are discussed as well.
