摘要
采用恒定容积法通过正交试验和Peng-Robinson状态方程测定了CO_(2)在有机萃取体系-水相中的吸收情况,得到CO_(2)最佳吸收条件:萃取剂(三辛胺)与稀释剂(正丁醇)质量比为1∶2,初始压力为1.8MPa,温度293K;在最佳CO_(2)吸收条件下,得到萃取体系萃取NaCl溶液中Cl^(-)最佳油/水质量比为1∶2,Cl^(-)单级萃取脱除率57.5%。通过对非水溶性叔胺-CO_(2)萃取Cl^(-)的相关研究,为CO_(2)在离子萃取工艺过程的工业应用提供理论参考。
By providing basic data for the related research on the extraction of chloride ions by water-insoluble organic tertiary amine-CO_(2),it can provide a theoretical reference for the industrial application of CO_(2) in the ion extraction process.In this paper,the absorption of CO_(2) in the organic extraction system-water phase was determined by the quasi-horizontal orthogonal test and the Peng-Robinson equation of state using the constant volume method,and the optimal absorption conditions for CO_(2) were obtained:extractant(trioctylamine)and diluent(N-butanol)mass ratio is 1∶2,initial pressure is 1.8MPa,the temperature is 293K;under the optimal CO_(2) absorption strip,the optimum oil/water mass ratio of chloride ion in the extraction system is 1∶2,chlorine The ion single-stage extraction removal rate was 57.5%.The study on the extraction of chloride ions by insoluble tertiary amine and CO_(2) provides theoretical reference for the industrial application of CO_(2) in ion extraction process.
