催化重整装置节能增效优化方案研究

摘要 随着我国工业的快速发展,对能源的需求特别大,这就造成我国出现能源短缺的情况。因此,工业节能是当前的首要任务,而催化重整装置在石油工业中尤为重要,能耗也较高,但其浪费却相当大。作为石油加工过程中的一个能源密集型设施的催化重组;在目前的催化结构调整状态下,本文介绍了催化重组的现状和挑战,对能源效率优化的催化重组战略的分析并提出了相关建议,为催化重整装置节能增效提供了保证。 With the rapid development of China's industry,the demand for energy is particularly large,which causes the situation of energy shortage in China.Therefore,industrial energy saving is the primary task at present,and catalytic reforming unit is particularly important in the petroleum industry,with high energy consumption,but its waste is quite large.As an energy intensive facility in petroleum processing,catalytic restructuring;In the current state of catalytic restructuring,this paper introduces the current situation and challenges of catalytic restructuring,analyzes the strategy of catalytic restructuring for energy efficiency optimization,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which provides a guarantee for energy saving and efficiency improvement of catalytic reforming unit.
