摘要 对于煤矿开采而言,企业必须遵循着安全第一的原则,不断提高自身安全管理工作的质量和效果,尽最大可能避免安全事故的发生,保障开采人员的人身安全。为实现这一目标,"一通三防"技术逐步在煤矿开采中得到广泛应用,将该技术应用到低瓦斯煤矿开采作业中,可在极大程度上预防安全事故的发生。本文主要分析"一通三防"技术及其相关作用,并阐述该技术在低瓦斯煤矿作业中的具体应用。 For coal mining,enterprises must follow the principle of safety first,improve the quality and effect of their own safety management,avoid the occurrence of safety accidents as far as possible,and ensure the personal safety of mining personnel.In order to achieve this goal,the technology of "one pass and three prevention" has been widely used in coal mining step by step.The application of this technology to low gas coal mining can prevent the occurrence of safety accidents to a great extent.This paper mainly analyzes the technology of "one pass and three prevention" and its related functions,and expounds the concrete application of the technology in the operation of low gas coal mine.
