摘要
为进一步提高烟草病虫害防治机械智能化水平,研制了一款自主行走式植保作业车。通过结构设计、主要部件选择和控制系统设计,采用四轮驱动、中部折腰转向及轮距和底盘可调节的方式,实现作业车自主行走,具有机动性强、操控简单、作业效率高等优点。田间试验结果表明:该车最小转弯半径为2m,直线偏移率为0.05m,续航时间达2.54h,符合设计要求,为烟草植保机械的研发提供理论参考和技术支持。
In order to improve the intelligent machinery of pest control,an self-propelled plant-protection vehicle is designed.Through the structural design,selection of main components and control system design,the vehicle can walk independently.The wheel span and ground clearance chassis of operating vehicle can be adjusted and it is four-wheel drive.The vehicle has the advantages of strong maneuverability,high flexibility,simple operation and high efficiency.Field test results show that the minimum turning radius of the vehicle is 2 m,straight line offset rate is 0.05 m,and the endurance time is 2.54 h.The structure design of the vehicle is reasonable,which provides theoretical reference and technical support for the research and development of tobacco plant protection machinery.
