可回收钯催化剂在Suzuki 反应中的最新研究进展

摘要 钯催化的卤代芳烃和芳基硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应,是有机合成中形成碳-碳键最为有效的方法之一,但均相钯催化剂的回收和利用一直是个难题。负载型催化剂的出现,为实现贵金属钯与产物的高效分离和回收提供了可能。本文对负载钯催化剂的载体进行分类讨论,对近年来可回收钯催化剂在Suzuki偶联反应中的应用研究进行了简要阐述,并对其发展前景做了展望。 Palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction of halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons and arylboronic acids was one of the most effective methods for the formation of carbon carbon bonds in organic synthesis,and the recovery and reuse of homogeneous palladium catalyst was always a difficult problem.The appearance of supported catalysts made it possible to separate and recover precious metal palladium from the product efficiently.In this paper,the supports of supported palladium catalysts were classified and discussed.The application of recoverable palladium catalysts in Suzuki coupling reaction in recent years was briefly described,and its development prospect was prospected.
