摘要
以艉轴材料断口处取样和产品检验取样的力学性能和化学成分分析的检测数据为基础,从理化分析、断口分析,以及材料金相组织分析、材料无损探伤分析等多个角度来探究艉轴断裂事故的真正原因,结合事故痕迹进行关联性分析,对艉轴断裂事故可能发生的几种场景和表征进行梳理。裂纹的发展通常都有一个过程,对偶发性冲击力导致艉轴产生裂纹,是有可能被及时发现并采取措施的,从而避免断裂事故的发生。从总结经验的角度,对船东的日常运营管理、船舶检验,以及艉轴材料厂家提高材料品质都提出有关的建议。
Based on the test data of the mechanical properties and chemical composition analysis of the transaxle material sample and the product sample,the real cause of the rupture accident of the stern shaft was investigated from the aspects of physical and chemical analysis,fracture analysis,metallographic structure analysis and nondestructive testing of materials,the possible scenarios and characteristics of the rupture accident of the stern shaft were analyzed.It was concluded that the crack development usually has a process,and it is possible to find and take measures in time for the crack of the stern shaft caused by the accidental impact force,so as to avoid the fracture accident.Suggestions were given on the daily operation and management of ship owners,ship inspection,and improvement of material quality for stern shaft material manufacturers.
