摘要
当前通行的"现代/当代"的历史分期法应用于中国大陆散文诗研究有较强的效用和解释力,但也存在诸多局限,在某种程度上限制或阻碍了我们对中国现代散文诗的理解。应将文学史分期视为一种组织性隐喻,并以参与一种"图式和矫正的节律"(a rhythm of schema and correction)方式进行文学史再分期;进而将文学史分期理解为一种可以交换的隐喻,在置换分期或分类的过程中,不断地认同艺术作品,并试图创造出周期性和文类的划分,以丰富我们对诗歌、散文和散文诗的理解。
In this essay,the author examines the utility and explanatory power of applying"modem/contemporary"’periodization to the history of mainland Chinese prose poetry,asks how the modern/contemporary periodization might limit or block our perception of Chinese prose poetry and reflects on the benefit of looking at the practice of periodization as an organizing metaphor rather than a canonical tradition to be upheld or overthrown.Then he advocates entering into a rhythm of schema and correction,and emphasizes the act of trading,exchanging one critical categorization for another,referring constantly to artworks in an attempt to create periodic and generic divisions that enrich our understanding of the poetry,prose,or prose poetry that we read.
