摘要 由于丁二烯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈接枝聚合物(ABS)中橡胶的含量较高,是一种典型的核壳结构,采用溴化钾(KBr)压片法制备的样品,研磨后不均匀,进行透射法测试效果不理想。而选用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)在样品制备方面、检测无损伤方面以及获取表面信息等等都具有特殊优势、本文主要利用ATR-FTIR法优势,研究了不同橡胶含量的ABS粉料红外光谱分析过程中聚丁二烯结构及组成的定性定量分析,并将丁二烯结构及组成的分析结果与材料的力学性能相对应。使用该方法具有制样快速,红外光谱分析结果重复性较好的优势,将得到的结果与核磁共振(H-NMR)的结果进行对比,显示两种方法的相对误差小,具有很好的相关性,满足原材料的质量检测质量要求。 due to the high content of rubber in butadiene styrene acrylonitrile graft polymer(ABS),which is a typical core-shell structure,the samples prepared by potassium bromide(KBr)compression method are not uniform after grinding,and the transmission test results are not ideal.The use of Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)has special advantages in sample preparation,nondestructive detection and surface information acquisition.This paper mainly uses the advantages of the ATR-FTIR method to study the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the structure and composition of polybutadiene in the infrared spectroscopy analysis of ABS powders with different rubber content,and the results of butadiene correspond to the mechanical properties of the material.Using this method has the advantages of fast sample preparation and good repeatability of infrared spectroscopy results.Comparing the results obtained with the results of nuclear magnetic resonance(H-NMR),it shows that the relative errors of the two methods are small and have good correlation.To meet the quality requirements of raw materials.
