摘要
Persistent activation of Y esassociated protein(YAP)is profoundly implicated in facilitating transformation of myofibroblasts. However, its roles in the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis remain largely unexplored. In the present study,an upregulation of YAP was detected by qRT-PCR,Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry both in the kidney tissues of folic acid(F A)-induced chronic kidney disease(CKD)mice, and in SV40MES 13 cells stimulated with TGF-β1.The microRNAs predicted to target YAP were explored by transfection of miR-590-5p mimics or inhibitors and analyzed by luciferase reporter assay. The reporter indicated that miR 590-5p directly targeted the YAP 3-untranslated region.
