摘要
目的血液透析睡眠障碍患者分别通过穴位贴敷和中药足浴进行治疗,对患者的睡眠质量的影响效果进行研究分析。方法对重庆市巴南区中医院在2017年1月—2018年1月通过穴位贴敷进行治疗的50例患者以及2019年1月—2020年1月通过中药足浴进行治疗的50例患者进行回顾性分析,前者作为观察组,后者作为对照组,比较两组患者的睡眠质量各项评分(睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍)。结果观察组和对照组在治疗前的各项睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.224、0.063、0.753、0.489、0.479、0.297,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组患者的睡眠质量均得到改善,观察组的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分分别为:(1.30±0.60)分、(1.29±0.57)分、(1.17±0.60)分、(1.37±0.63)分、(1.30±0.40)分、(0.61±0.60)分,均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.316、3.359、2.131、2.107、2.875、2.278,P<0.05)。结论血液透析睡眠障碍患者通过穴位贴敷或者中药足浴均能够明显改善,但是穴位贴敷的显著效果优良于中药足浴。
Objective Hemodialysis patients with sleep disorders were treated by acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,respectively,to study and analyze the effects of patients'sleep quality.Methods A retrospective review of 50 patients who were treated by acupoint application from January 2017 to January 2018 in Banan District Hospital of Chongqing City and 50 patients who were treated by traditional Chinese medicine foot bath from January 2019 to January 2020 Analysis,the former as the observation group,the latter as the control group,compare the sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients(sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,day dysfunction).Results There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(t=0.224,0.063,0.753,0.489,0.479,0.297,P>0.05);after treatment,the sleep quality of the observation group and the control group all were improved.The sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,and day dysfunction scores of the observation group were:(1.30±0.60)points,(1.29±0.57)points,(1.17±0.60)points,(1.37±0.63)points,(1.30±0.40)points,(0.61±0.60)points,all better than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.316,3.359,2.131,2.107,2.875,2.278,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hemodialysis sleep disorders can be significantly improved by acupoint application or traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,but the significant effect of acupoint application is better than traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.
