增设喷气燃料生产设施及扩能改造项目工业应用

摘要 国内喷气燃料需求的增长促使炼油企业喷气燃料加氢能力的提升,中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司于2015年将催化加氢装置改造为喷气燃料加氢生产装置,使用原有的FGH-21/FGH-31催化剂,生产满足3号喷气燃料技术要求的精制喷气燃料产品。2019年底实施扩能改造项目,喷气燃料加氢装置生产能力由400 kt/a提升至800 kt/a,催化剂更换为FH-40A催化剂。工业运转结果表明,在反应压力2.9 MPa,氢油比不小于80(体积比),反应温度约为270℃的条件下,扩能改造后的喷气燃料加氢装置能稳定生产合格的3号喷气燃料产品,达到了完善产品结构,提高企业经济效益的目的。 The growth of domestic jet fuel demand promotes the enhancement of jet fuel hydrogenation capacity of refineries. In 2015, SINOPEC Anqing Petrochemical Company transformed the catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit into jet fuel hydrogenation unit, using the original FGH-21/FGH-31 catalyst to produce refined jet fuel products meeting the technical requirements of No.3 jet fuel. At the end of 2019, the capacity expansion project was implemented, the production capacity of jet fuel hydrogenation unit was increased from 0.4 MM TPY to 0.8 MM TPY, and the catalyst was replaced by FH-40 A catalyst. The results of industrial operation show that under the conditions of 2.9 MPa reaction pressure, hydrogen to oil ratio no less than 80 and reaction temperature about 270 ℃, the modified jet fuel hydrogenation unit can produce qualified No.3 jet fuel stably, achieving the goal of improving the product structure and increasing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
