摘要
目的探讨全面护理应用在行开颅手术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者中的效果。方法方便选择2019年5月—2020年6月该院78例行开颅手术的高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成常规组和研究组,每组39例。常规组予常规护理,研究组予全面护理。比较两组并发症发生情况、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、患者自理能力评估量表(Barthel指数)和护理满意度。结果研究组并发症总发生率7.69%低于常规组25.64%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.523,P<0.05);护理后研究组NIHSS评分(13.74±4.74)分低于常规组(21.03±4.08)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.279,P<0.05);研究组护理后Barthel指数评分(72.48±5.69)分高于常规组(68.16±5.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.500,P<0.05);常规组护理总满意度76.92%低于研究组94.87%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05)。结论在高血压性脑出血患者开颅手术期间采取全面护理效果显著,临床推广价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing application in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by craniotomy.Methods From May 2019 to June 2020,78 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent craniotomy in the hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Routine care was given to the routine group,and comprehensive care was given to the study group.Comparing the occurrence of complications,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,patient self-care ability assessment scale(Barthel index)and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was 7.69%lower than that of the routine group,25.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.523,P<0.05);the NIHSS score(13.74±4.74)points of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the routine group(21.03±4.08)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.279,P<0.05);the Barthel index score(72.48±5.69)points of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the routine group(68.16±5.20)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.500,P<0.05);76.92%of the general nursing satisfaction in the routine group was lower than 94.87%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing care during craniotomy in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significant,and the clinical promotion value is high.
