摘要
针对当前工业相机无法满足机载使用环境和可定制化指标的需求,设计了一款基于FPGA的机载CMOS成像系统。本系统具备1路高清数字DVI接口(1080P)和1路标准PAL制模拟接口,具有自动曝光、低温加热等功能,能够实时、清晰、稳定地输出视频图像。介绍了系统的总体构架、光学与结构设计、硬件电路设计以及FPGA逻辑设计,描述了主要模块基本工作原理、算法流程及设计方法,完成了系统的基本功能测试和试验。经过试验验证,可在宽温(-45℃~+70℃)下稳定工作,满足机载使用要求。
Considering that industrial cameras could not meet the needs of onboard environments and customizable indicators,an airborne imaging system based on FPGA was designed.This system had one path of HD-DVI digital interface and one path of standard PAL analog interface,supporting functions,such as automatic exposure,cryogenic heating and so on.It could output real-time video images clearly and steadily.The overall structure,optical and structural design,hardware design and FPGA logic design of the system were introduced.The basic working principle,algorithm flow and design method of the main modules were described and the basic functional test and verification of the system were completed.It has been verified by experiments that it could work steadily under wide temperature conditions and meet the requirements for aircraft.
