摘要
目的观察调督解痉针法治疗卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组30例采用常规针刺治疗,治疗组30例采用调督解痉针法治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),对照组总有效率70.0%(21/30),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组MAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FMA、BI评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调督解痉针法能够较好地缓解卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者患肢痉挛状态,促进生活运动功能的恢复,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaodu Jiejing acupuncture on post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into the two groups,30 cases in the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,and 30 cases in the treatment group received Tiaodu Jiejing acupuncture therapy.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Fugl Meyer assessment(FMA),modified ashworth scale(MAS)and Barthel index(BI)were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group[93.3%(28/30)vs 70.0%(21/30),(P<0.05),respectively].Compared with before treatment,MAS scores after treatment in both groups were lower(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);BI and FMA scores after treatment in both groups were higher(all P<0.05),which in the treatment group were significantly increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion For post-stroke spastic hemiplegia,Tiaodu Jiejing Acupuncture can relieve the spasticity of affected limb,promote the recovery of life and motor function,and improve the quality of life,with worthy of clinical promotion.
