摘要
为实现桑蚕养殖的智能化管理,降低劳动力成本,提出一种基于模糊控制的桑蚕养殖物联网管理系统控制方案。针对目前蚕房温湿度控制普遍存在的时滞性、大惯性、时变性等问题,设计了以蚕房温湿度偏差和温湿度偏差变化率为输入参数,同时结合专家数据库的模糊控制器。采用MATLAB软件仿真和现场数据采集测试,结果表明,蚕房的温湿度变化始终保持在误差范围内,证明系统具有实时性好、稳定性强、自适应性优良等优点,可以达到传统人工养殖效果,具有较好的实用性和应用价值。
In order to realize the intelligent management of silkworm breeding and reduce labor costs,a fuzzy control-based control scheme of the silkworm breeding Internet of Things management system is proposed.Aiming at the time lag,large inertia,and time-varying problems that are common in silkworm house temperature and humidity control,a fuzzy controller is designed that takes the temperature and humidity deviation and temperature and humidity deviation change rate of the silkworm house as input parameters and combines with an expert database.The MATLAB simulation and field data collection test results show that the temperature and humidity changes in the silkworm house are always within the error range,which proves that the system has the advantages of good real-time performance,strong stability,and excellent adaptability,which can compare with the traditional artificial breeding,showing good practicality and application value.
