摘要
针对当前乡村振兴在人才培养、使用等方面存在的问题,提出注重本土人才培养、注重优秀人才引进、注重人才合理使用、注重人才鼓励激励等对策建议,强化人才供给和保障,为推进乡村振兴战略深入实施提供有益借鉴和思考。
In view of the existing problems in personnel training and utilization in the current rural revitalization,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as paying attention to local talent training,introducing excellent talents,reasonable use of talents,encouraging talents,so as to strengthen the supply and guarantee of talents.It will provide useful reference and reflection for further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
