摘要
文章从科技金融资源、科技金融经费和科技金融产出三个维度构建科技金融发展水平指标体系,运用主成分分析法测算中国2012—2017年30个省级层面的科技金融发展水平,构建空间计量模型研究科技金融对地区经济增长的影响,并将总效应分解为直接效应和间接效应。结果显示:中国科技金融呈现出"东强西弱";各地区科技金融发展存在空间正相关性,科技金融能显著促进邻近地区的科技金融发展;科技金融对经济增长具有空间溢出效应,不仅能显著促进本地区的经济增长,而且对邻近地区的经济增长也有提升作用。
By building an indicator system for the development level of science and technology finance with the three dimensions of science and technology financial resources,science and technology financial expenditure and technology financial output.This paper uses principal component analysis to measure the development level of science and technology finance in 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2017.By building space econometric model,this paper studies the path of the influence of science and technology finance on regional economic growth,the total utility into direct effect and indirect effect.The research results show that:China's science and technology finance presents the status of“the east is strong and the west is weak”;The development of science and technology finance in various regions is spatially positive,and science and technology finance can significantly promote the development of science and technology finance in neighboring areas;Science and technology finance has a spatial spillover effect on economic growth,not only can it be significant promote the economic growth of the region,and also have a boosting effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions.
